2. Subject of the Terms

These terms govern the use of the Your Trips Guide platform by individual users and partner businesses. Your Trips Guide acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for providing travel services directly. Contracts for services are formed between the user and the supplier.

3. Registration

Users must register on the platform in order to make bookings. Registration is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details and may not transfer your account to others.

4. Your Trips Guide Services and Contract Formation

4.1 When selecting a service (e.g., tours, activities), Your Trips Guide provides relevant information about the service offered by suppliers. By submitting a booking request, you make a binding offer to purchase the service. Your Trips Guide confirms the booking on behalf of the supplier once the booking is completed.

4.2 The contract for the provision of travel services is formed between you and the supplier. Your Trips Guide provides confirmation of the booking and processes payments for the supplier. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by suppliers or the performance of services.

5. Payments

5.1 Payments for services booked via Your Trips Guide are collected on behalf of the supplier. Payment methods will be indicated during the booking process.

5.2 Users may be subject to additional charges for currency conversion or payment services.

6. Prices

Prices shown on the platform include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the full cost of services, including any local fees or taxes that may apply.

7. User Responsibilities

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hurghada, Egypt.
